16-year-old Lucknow youth shot and killed his mother
Online gaming is at its peak today and ever since PUBG has stepped into it, the interest of users towards gaming has increased a lot. Many people are using it wisely from gaming and many people are using it wrongly and now it is reported from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh that a 16-year-old youth shot his mother for stopping him from playing PUBG game.
A similar incident had come to the fore in March as well.
This incident is really shocking because only a 16-year-old youth shot himself to death after stopping him from playing the PUBG game. The young man was addicted to online games and killed his father by shooting him with a pistol.
“Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident. Forensic team also reached the spot. Investigation was done. During investigation it was found that 16-year-old son shot and killed his mother when she was stopped from playing PUBG. This happened in East Lucknow. ADCP Qasim Abidi said on Tuesday.
According to ANI, the police told that, “Preliminary investigation revealed that he was addicted to online gaming and his mother used to stop him from playing, due to which he carried out the incident with his father’s pistol. This incident Saturday and Sunday nights.
Talking further, the ADCP said, “The boy tried to mislead the police during investigation by telling a fake story about an electrician.
If reports are to be believed, the police have now taken this 16-year-old boy into custody and are investigating further.
It may be mentioned that in March this year also a similar incident had come to the fore in which a man from Thane, Mumbai was stabbed to death by three friends allegedly over enmity while playing a PUBG game. After this Thane police arrested the accused after investigation, out of which 2 were minors.
