The price of new iPhone 14 Max can start from $ 899 (about Rs 68,500). The price of the top model, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, will start at $1,199 (about Rs 91,400). Also, the battery configuration of the iPhone 14 series has leaked online, where the iPhone 14 Max is said to have the biggest battery among all the iPhones. The iPhone 14 will have a 3,279mAh battery as compared to the 3,227mAh battery in the iPhone 13.
The iPhone 14 Pro will come with a 3,200mAh unit, compared to 3,095mAh on the iPhone 13 Pro. The only downgrade is the iPhone 14 Pro Max where it will have a 4,323 mAh battery as compared to the 4,352mAh battery on the iPhone 13 pro. The iPhone 14 Max will have the largest battery among all the iPhones 14 models, packing a 4,325mAh battery.
The iPhone 14 series will come with two different processors. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will run on the upcoming A16 Bionic Chipset. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are tipped to come with the year-old A15 Bionic chipset. The Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will retain the same Apple A15 Bionic chip that currently powers the iPhone 13 series and iPhone SE 3, while the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get the new Apple A16 Bionic chip.
Apple is finally set to come with an always-on display with the iPhone 14 series. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg suggested that the Pro models come with an always-on display. Also, the lockdown in China and the ongoing global chip shortage may delay the launch of the iPhone 14. The production of the upcoming iPhone 14 series may get delayed and the launch timeline may be affected.
There will be a total of four models under the iPhone 14 new series. iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and not iPhone 14 Mini. Apple iPhone 14 models are said to come in eSIM-only and nano-SIM options with eSIM-only service in India with Airtel, Jio and Vi with eSIM support.
