Crafton, the developer of the BGMI or Battlegrounds Mobile India mobile title, has worked hard to make the game more stable and free of bugs. The firm just rolled out a new patch in the form of an update that fixes some issues dealing with multiplayer sessions. New patch note on website published and details everything fixed in the latest version. The firm also says that the new patch will be applied after the game is restarted.
So what has been fixed in the latest patch of BGMI? According to Crafton, this fixes an issue related to player movement in the game, using a special weapon and scopes with premium crates.
Crafton’s latest patch for BGMI fixes several issues
The firm has fixed the problem of intermittent accelerating from Nimbus Island. This is something that players can abuse. It also fixed the issue where other player’s sensitivity codes would not apply. These codes typically allow players to share their custom sensitivity settings for the camera, down vision (ADS), and gyroscope with others. Finally, the patch fixes an issue where players were unable to see through the scope when equipped with Mira Tiddings – UZI Weapon Skin.
One separate post In 2012, Crafton said it has fixed this issue with a premium crate that gives an unopened item with guaranteed rewards when the crate is opened 10, 20 or 30 times. The firm has not yet disclosed what happens to those who have already received this ‘unexpected item’.
Constant battle with cheater accounts
Crafton Battlegrounds has been consistently banning cheater accounts in Mobile India. Last week, the firm banned nearly 50,000 accounts. The announcement came with a fix for the Lamborghini crate. Around the beginning of this month, the firm pleaded guilty to fraud. About 66,000 accounts banned. While this is a pretty impressive number, it is also worth noting that the ever-increasing number of sanctions also shows that fraud remains a major problem within the community.
