But we may soon have an app that will alert users every time Google collects their data. A developer known as Bert Hubert has developed a new application that can alert users when their data is being tracked.

Sharing a link to his application, Hubert wrote on Twitter, “I’ve built a very simple tool that makes some noise every time your computer sends data to Google. Here’s a demo on the official Dutch government jobs site . Noise starts when domain name is already typed.” However, there is a catch.
