The Asus Zenfone 9 sports a 5.9-inch OLED panel from Samsung. The panel has a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate and touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Under the hood the chipset comes with 8GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device has 1100 nits peak brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection and 20: 9 aspect ratio.

It sports a dual camera system on the rear consisting of a 50MP main lens and a 12MP lens for ultra-wide shots. The rear camera of the phone supports 8K video recording and 4K video recording up to 120fps. On the front, there is a 12MP single camera setup that will help in shooting 4K videos at 30fps.
It packs a 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It has got IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
