Vivo is gearing up to launch its first Android tablet Vivo Pad in its home market. Ahead of the launch, the brand has started teasing the upcoming tablet. Recently, Vivo revealed the complete design of the upcoming device. Now, the detail specs of the upcoming Vivo Pad tablet have surfaced on the web. Specs wise, the upcoming Vivo Pad appears to be a flagship tablet.
What will be special in Vivo Pad
The upcoming Vivo tablet is said to feature an 11-inch display with 2.5k resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel on the upcoming tablet will also support Dolby Vision. It is unclear whether the brand will offer an OLED display or an LCD display on the Vivo Pad.
The Vivo Pad could be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 870 is built on the 7nm fabrication process and brings with it Adreno 650 GPU. The tablet is said to boot OriginOS based on Android 11. Vivo tablet will be equipped with 8040 mAh battery and 44W fast charging support.
Vivo has already revealed the design of the upcoming Vivo Pad tablet. Based on the teaser, the Vivo Pad will sport a flat edge design with a metal back panel. The tablet is confirmed to offer a dual-rear camera setup that will be located on the top left corner of the back panel.
The teaser has also confirmed the quad stereo speaker setup on the Vivo Pad. There will be a Type-C charging port on the bottom edge. Whereas, the right edge will house the power button and volume rocker. The quad-speakers will be placed on the top and bottom edges of the device.
The upcoming Vivo tablet will also support the Vivo Pencil. The company will also launch a compatible keyboard folio case for the Vivo Pad that will connect to the tablet using a magnetic pogo pin.
