New Delhi. Passengers are facing difficulties in booking tickets on Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation i.e. IRCTC. Today i.e. on Tuesday, the passengers have to struggle for booking tickets, making payment and other facilities. Users say that first the ticket itself is not being booked properly and even if it is being done, the ticket is not getting confirmed even after deducting the payment. Seeing the problems of the passengers, IRCTC clarified that all these problems are happening due to technical problems. The site and app are not working properly due to a technical glitch, which is causing this. IRCTC has said that this problem will be fixed as soon as possible. Passengers will be notified as soon as the site and app are fixed. Explain that the passengers who are going through this problem can also book tickets through B2C players like Amazon, Makemytrip.
Even if your ticketing service is available, it is of ZERO use. All train tickets at all times only show waitlisted, even if checked 2 months in advance just like films which are shown as housefull by producers-directors by booking full theatres
